Upgo Labs provides AI automation consulting and implementation services for real estate professionals. The scope, pricing, and terms of specific services are outlined in individual service agreements.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Upgo Labs / NAVARRO VENTURES LLC, you agree to the following:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You authorize us to send you text messages regarding our services
- Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month
- Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time
- For help, reply HELP or contact support@upgolabs.com
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, violate any applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others when interacting with us or using our systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAVARRO VENTURES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
